The Maronite Heritage Institute is intended to be the world’s premier house of preservation, education and outreach for maintaining and strengthening the Maronite identity in the United States and other countries.
The Institute will:
- Engage the general public through educational initiatives including scholarship programs, lecture series, seminars and opportunities for specialized study;
- Cultivate performing arts, audio/visual presentations and special events sharing the rich heritage of the Maronite culture;
- Develop youth programs to creatively ensure that our rich Maronite Tradition continues to be handed down for generations to come;
- Preserve historical documents and records, rare manuscripts and relics, photographs and paintings, all of which tell the story of the Maronite presence in the United States.
